After following the process, you can wash your hair with an organic/mild shampoo and lukewarm water.

Make a dry powder of curry leave and soak into buttermilk. Filter it and use this mixture to give a massage to your hair scalp. Then wash your hair after 30 minutes. This is one of the best cures that prevents premature hair graying and strengthen your hair.

Eat foods rich in iron, minerals, and proteins. Give preference to diet rich in vitamin A, B, B12.
